The Marion County seat is located in Yellville. The County/Circuit Clerk is responsible for all county business services, marriage licenses, ordinances, and county public records.

City Services

There is an unlimited supply of water since the water comes from Bull Shoals Lake. Flippin’s water system can pump more than a half million gallons a day and has storage of 400,000 gallons. Flippin’s city water rates are $13.55 for the first 2,000 gallons and $4.60 for each additional part of 1,000 gallons. Flippin’s rural water rates are $16.45 for the first 1,500 gallons plus $5.35 for any additional part of 1,000 gallons. For more information, call City Hall at 870-453-8300.
